Синтез деэмульгаторов на основе полиэфирных мономеров и их эффективность при разрушении нефтяных эмульсий

Аннотация

В настоящей статье проведены эксперименты по методам синтеза деэмульгаторов с высокоэффективными полимерными свойствами на основе гидроксиполиэтиленгликоля (HPEG). Изучена эффективность синтезированного деэмульгатора при разрушении нефтеводяных эмульсий. В настоящее время разрушение эмульсий, образующихся при добыче и переработке нефти, представляет собой весьма сложный процесс. В рамках научного исследования поверхностно-активные вещества были синтезированы путём модификации гидрофильных цепей HPEG рядом гидрофобных компонентов. Синтезированный деэмульгатор был применён к образцу нефти, и изучена его эффективность в отделении воды от нефти. Кроме того, химический состав и молекулярная структура деэмульгатора были изучены и проанализированы методами ИК-спектроскопии и СЭМ-анализа.
