Abstract

The art of maqom is of great importance in further strengthening the spiritual foundations of the new life and the new society that we are building today. The article discusses the processes and reforms carried out in the development of the Uzbek maqom. The data presented offer analytical reflections on the significance of maqom today, on the projects that have been implemented, and on its place in the life of society.
