Abstract

This article examines the current challenges facing the field of physical education and sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Particular attention is given to increasing public participation in sports, especially among children and adolescents, as well as to establishing a systematic framework that ensures their regular engagement in physical education and sporting activities. In addition, the article discusses the methodological, technical, tactical, psychological, and doping-related issues encountered by young athletes in elite sports and proposes effective approaches to addressing these challenges.
