Abstract

The material of the study was 80 children with broncho-obstructive syndrome, in whom, along with clinical and laboratory data, the genealogical history was carefully studied by the proband method. Among the diseases identified in the mothers, anemia took first place in frequency - 163 (75.12%). Next in frequency came pyelonephritis - 24 (11.06%), hypertension - 57 (26.27%), chronic bronchitis - 6 (2.76%). The study of heredity in the examined children revealed that atopic diseases occurred among the children's relatives in 27 (12.44%) cases. Analyzing the allergy history of the examined children, it was revealed that manifestations of food allergy - 6 (2.76%) and bronchial asthma - 17 (7.83%) were most often noted in the patients. Drug allergy was encountered less often - 5 (2.3%).
