Abstract
Enzyme immunoassay is a convenient, economical and cost-effective method of medical and biological research. At the same time, we are faced with a number of problems in the rapid and accurate diagnosis of certain diseases that threaten the life and health of the world's population. The creation of cheap and effective conjugates in setting up the enzyme immunoassay (EIA) is a pressing task. Among other things, an analysis of the enzymes of the yeast S. cerevisiae for obtaining conjugates is presented.
