Abstract
this scientific article reveals the scientific essence of the conduct of competitions by wrestlers based on the introduction of technical methods by their wrestlers into the training process based on the effective actions in competition competitions, and this information is explained by the fact that it helps to enrich and expand their theoretical knowledge in the field of theory and methodology of sports
