Abstract

This paper deals with the calculation and selection of servomotor for linear positioning system, which is designed for high-precision precision positioning of dosimetric measuring instruments on the calibration table of gamma and X-ray irradiator positioning system. The loads on the linear positioning system are determined, the motion profile is plotted, and the load-to-motor inertia ratio, torque, and rotational speed are determined. An efficient servomotor for the positioning system was selected.
