Development of a method for obtaining lyophilized diagnostic sera
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article presents data on the development of diagnostic sera and on the parameters of their lyophilization, which comprises two main stages. In the first stage the serum vials are placed in a low-temperature chamber and frozen within a defined temperature range. In the second stage the vials containing the frozen serum are transferred to a drying chamber, sealed, and the water vapour is removed from the sera frozen under vacuum until freeze-drying is complete.
