OPTIMIZATION OF YARN QUALITY AND YARN TENSION CONTROL IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Abstract

This study focuses on the essential aspects of obtaining high-quality yarn and on the effective control of yarn tension in the production process. The study examines the relationship between the pulp technique and the quality of the resulting yarn, and practical results are obtained and analysed. Detailed information is given on the devices used in the production of premium yarn and on the special technologies used to prepare the yarn before weft insertion. Methods of increasing performance, effectiveness and efficiency are discussed in detail. The results of this study contribute to the development of knowledge on optimizing yarn quality and tension control, providing valuable insights for improving the production process and achieving high-quality yarn results.
