Abstract

This article discusses the place occupied by information technologies in the modern education system, their significance in increasing the effectiveness of education and their fields of application. It also highlights how the learning process is raised to a new level with the help of digital educational resources, interactive tools, distance learning platforms and systems based on artificial intelligence. The article puts forward ideas about the effectiveness of the use of ICT (information and communication technologies) in educational institutions and about the prospects for their future development.
