BLOOD COAGULATION SYSTEM AND TREATMENT STRATEGIES: CONSERVATIVE AND SURGICAL APPROACHES IN CLINICAL PRACTICE

Abstract
This article studies the effect of conservative and surgical treatment methods on the blood coagulation system. It analyses how the treatment approaches applied in various diseases affect the state of haemostasis. In particular, it examines the risk of thrombosis or bleeding arising after surgical interventions and, in the case of conservative therapy, the changes observed against the background of anticoagulant treatment. The results of the research show the importance of assessing the blood coagulation system when choosing treatment tactics.
