Abstract

The article examines the features of the professional physical training of female cadets and, in particular, reveals the issues of developing speed-strength qualities in female cadets. The dynamics of the speed-strength fitness indicators of the female cadets of the experimental groups both at the beginning and at the end of the experiment are presented. The conditions for using a complex of special exercises for the development of speed-strength qualities in female cadets during the educational process are noted.
