Abstract
The article provides a broad account of the indicators of physical development and physical fitness of the students of the control and experimental groups at the beginning of the pedagogical research, the specific features of the method, the analysis of their special physical fitness, and the pedagogical technology and its methods used in forming the indicators of the physical development of adolescents.
