Abstract

This scientific article reveals the scientific essence of the conduct of bouts by Greco-Roman wrestlers on the basis of introducing into their training process technical techniques derived from the effective actions of Greco-Roman wrestlers in competitive bouts; the data obtained are explained by the fact that they help to enrich and expand theoretical knowledge in the field of the theory and methodology of wrestling sports.
