Abstract

This article notes that the wide use of alternative energy sources corresponds to the priority goals and energy security tasks of every country and is one of the rapidly developing directions of the energy sector. It can be seen that certain work is being carried out by the "O'zbekenergo" state joint-stock company (DAK) on developing renewable energy sources in our republic, first of all on making use of the hydropower potential.
