Abstract

In the conditions of rapid urbanisation and technological progress, the issues of urban planning are becoming increasingly relevant. This article examines the main approaches to the organisation of urban planning in modern conditions, analyses the challenges and proposes solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of the management of urban territories.
