Abstract

An effective but potentially dangerous heating system, the sandal is still used in some regions of Central Asia. In the case of sandal burns of the hands and feet, usually not only the skin is damaged, but also the underlying tissues: the subcutaneous fatty tissue, fascia, muscles and even bones. The main methods of general and local treatment of severe burns and their consequences were modern necrotomy, necrectomy and autotransplantation plastic surgery. This treatment is used to accelerate the rejection of necrotic tissues and to prepare the wound for early autodermoplastic surgery in order to reduce post-burn contractures.
