Abstract

This article examines the specific aspects of the use of educational (higher education) resources. The fact that a large part of the expenditure necessary for carrying out the activity of higher education institutions is provided at the expense of budget funds requires the formation of special relations with regard to the spending of these funds. The financing of higher education is carried out in two forms, namely at the expense of state budget funds and at the expense of the funds received from the provision of educational services.
