COMPREHENSIVE OPTIMIZATION OF ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM MODES

Abstract
This article considers the problem of comprehensive optimization of the electric power system mode in the short-term control cycle, i.e. the determination of the optimal composition of operating units at the calculated power plants, the schedules of active loads of the power plants, the reactive powers or voltage modules of the generator nodes by reactive power and of the reference nodes, and the transformation ratios of the controlled transformers, at which the minimum of fuel costs at the calculated thermal power plants (TPP) over the control cycle is achieved.
