Abstract

This article provides information about the unique representative of the Kokan school of historiography, Muhammad Salih Tashkandiy, and his work "History of Tashkent" and the history of the city of Tashkent in the 19th century, its inhabitants, gates, walls, and governors of Tashkent, and their political activities.
