ASSESSMENT OF THE RISK OF SCAR STRICTURE OF THE ANAL CANAL DEPENDING ON THE CHOICE OF TREATMENT METHOD FOR HEMORRHOIDECTOMY
Main Article Content
Abstract
Cicatricial strictures of the anal canal or (strictures of the rectum – SAK), are a fairly common postoperative consequence of surgical treatment of varicose veins of the rectum. At the same time, paradoxical was the deterioration of the epidemiological status of SAC, which is due to the use of both standard methods of hemorrhoidectomy and more modern ones such as ultrasound dissection or LigaSure electrosurgical technique.
