FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR ENVIRONMENTAL INSURANCE

Abstract
This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal framework for environmental insurance and its importance in environmental protection and compensation for environmental damage. The experience of the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the European Union in environmental insurance and environmental liability regulation is examined. Based on international experience, proposals are developed to improve the environmental insurance system in Uzbekistan, strengthen environmental risk assessment, develop insurance mechanisms, and enhance the legal framework for compensation of environmental damage.
