Abstract
The need to eliminate the existing discrepancy between the present level of development of science, engineering and technologies and the process of improving the professional training of teachers is acquiring even greater urgency, because modern pedagogical and information technologies have not been sufficiently introduced across the whole education system. For this reason it is necessary to reconsider the principles of improving teaching and the presentation of educational and methodological materials. In eliminating such problems, it is expedient to introduce modern pedagogical and information technologies into the educational process and to make use of them. The results can be used by students, specialists and research workers in the teaching process.
