Abstract
The article examines the issues of organising physical training sessions for cadets studying at higher education institutions within the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study substantiates that the importance of physical training is not limited only to developing the physical qualities necessary for service activity, but is also closely connected with forming a healthy lifestyle in cadets and with developing skills for preventing the diseases that arise in the course of professional activity.
