FEATURES OF THE MANIFESTATION OF AUTONOMIC DYSFUNCTION IN GIRLS WITH MENSTRUAL CYCLE DISORDERS

Abstract
This article examines the features of the manifestation of autonomic dysfunction in girls with menstrual cycle disorders. The most frequent complaints and clinical manifestations on the part of the cardiovascular, respiratory and digestive systems are highlighted, as well as the signs of psycho-emotional instability (irritability, anxiety, sleep disturbance, reduced working capacity). A connection is noted between the severity of autonomic symptoms and the character and duration of menstrual cycle disorders, as well as stress factors and functional overloads. The importance of a comprehensive assessment of autonomic status in this category of patients is emphasized for the early detection of functional disorders and the selection of individualized preventive and therapeutic measures.
