CLINICAL AND PATHOGENETIC FEATURES OF MIGRAINE IN PATIENTS WITH COMORBID SLEEP DISORDERS
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the course of migraine in patients with and without concomitant sleep disorders. The study is based on a comprehensive approach that includes a clinical and neurological examination, the use of validated international scales and the analysis of headache diaries. It was established that dyssomnia is not only a concomitant symptom but also an independent risk factor for the chronification of cephalalgia, increasing the intensity of the pain syndrome and lowering the threshold of therapeutic response.
