QUALITY OF LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH VITILIGO AND THE INFLUENCE OF MODERN THERAPY METHODS
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study assesses the influence of modern methods of therapy on the quality of life of patients with vitiligo in order to determine the most effective approach in terms of clinical and psychosocial outcome. The analysis was carried out by comparing three therapeutic groups. On the basis of data from clinical indices and validated questionnaires, changes in quality-of-life indicators and their relationship with the degree of repigmentation were determined. The dynamics of the clinical severity of the disease and the parameters of the psycho-emotional state were analysed using statistical methods. In addition, the level of patient satisfaction with the various types of treatment was calculated, which is an important integral indicator of the effectiveness of therapy.
