Abstract
Incarvillea olgae Regel CR - B1a,b(iii, iv)+B2a,b(iii, iv). An extremely rare relict plant of the Pamir-Alay, on the verge of extinction. Ferula korshinskyi Korovin CR - B2ab(ii,iii,iv). A rare endemic plant characteristic of the Northern Pamir-Alay. Restella alberti (Regel) Pobed EN - B1a,b(iii, iv). A rare plant occurring in the Pamir-Alay and the Western Tien Shan mountains. Salvia margaritae Botsch. EN - B1a,b(i, iii, iv) + B2a,b(iii). A rare plant distributed in the foothill areas of the Alay range. Phlomoides kirghisorum EN - B1ab(ii,iii) + 2ab(ii,iii,iv); C1. A rare subendemic plant of the north-eastern part of the Fergana Valley.
