Abstract

Acute diarrhoea continues to occupy one of the leading places in the structure of infectious pathology. The aim of our work was to study the clinical and microbiological characteristics of acute diarrhoea of bacterial genesis. The tasks consisted in carrying out clinical and laboratory investigations in 84 patients with acute diarrhoeal diseases with the subsequent identification of multiresistant strains of the causative agent of the infection, and in identifying the main clinical manifestations and determining the state of the intestinal microbiocenosis.
