MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING PHYSICAL EDUCATION AT A HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Abstract
This article describes the issues of the effective use of modern pedagogical technologies in teaching physical education at higher education institutions. The study analyses the possibilities of increasing students' interest in the learning process and of developing their practical skills with the help of interactive methods, digital educational platforms, multimedia tools and mobile applications. It is emphasized that modern pedagogical technologies enrich physical education classes with an individual approach, person-oriented education, and opportunities for independent learning and reflection. In addition, conclusions are presented on the effectiveness of introducing innovative technologies on the basis of an analysis of scientific sources and of the experience of teachers and students. The results of the study show that modern pedagogical approaches are an important factor in improving the quality of physical education lessons.
