Abstract

The article analyses the fact that the danger associated with the limited nature of land resources and the low quality of their composition is continuously increasing, while at the same time land is not only an enormous wealth but also a factor determining the future of our country, and therefore the protection of land and the establishment of its highly efficient and rational use is the most pressing issue of our time.
