Abstract

The article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the transformation of contemporary market relations and of its influence on integration processes in the system of vocational and secondary specialised education. The key trends in the development of the educational space under the conditions of globalisation, digitalisation and changing labour market requirements are considered. The author emphasises the importance of adapting educational institutions to the new socio-economic realities, as well as the need to integrate vocational education with the business environment and state structures. Particular attention is paid to the formation of new competencies among students and to the role of continuous education and social partnership in training competitive specialists.
