Abstract

The article provides an in-depth analysis of the psychological and pedagogical features of developing the technology of preparing teachers to manage innovative teaching processes. Psychological readiness, pedagogical skills, and the adaptability and motivation of teachers are discussed. The experience of Finland, Singapore and Estonia is compared with the situation in Uzbekistan, problems are identified and solutions are proposed.
