EFFECTIVE USE OF WIND AND MICRO-HYDROPOWER ENERGY IN THE CONDITIONS OF NAMANGAN REGION

Abstract
This article studies the questions of the effective use of energy sources through the joint operation of wind and micro hydroelectric power plants (microHPP) in the conditions of Namangan region, in particular of Chortoq district. The geoclimatic conditions of the region, the wind speed and the constancy of the water flows were analysed, and on their basis the possibilities of establishing a hybrid power plant were assessed. Technical solutions were also proposed for increasing the reliability of the system and the efficiency of energy production. The results of the study show the possibilities of wider use of renewable energy sources in this area and are of practical importance in ensuring the stability of the energy supply.
