METHODOLOGY FOR IMPROVING THE SPEED-STRENGTH TRAINING OF HANDBALL PLAYERS ON THE BASIS OF A DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH

Abstract
The results of the pedagogical research presented in the article make it possible to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of using a "differential approach" in developing the speed-strength qualities of handball players aged 14-16. In the course of the annual cycle of training handball players aged 14-16, effective sets of exercises oriented towards speed and strength were tested experimentally. The article covers the introduction of the "differential approach" into the training process in developing the speed-strength qualities of front-line and back-line players, as well as the methods of raising the effectiveness of the game actions of handball players aged 14-16 and the overall effectiveness of their performances in competitions.
