Abstract

The work is based on an analysis of the results of treatment of 105 victims with thermal injuries aged from 17 to 75 years who were treated in the combustiology department of the Samarkand branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medicine in 2023-2024. Improving the results of early necrectomy with autodermoplasty in burn patients through the use of the local hemostatic agent Ksemoben will make possible an earlier discharge from hospital and the return of patients to everyday life.
