CHOICE OF THE METHOD OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF DIABETES MELLITUS AND FOURNIER'S DISEASE

Abstract
The clinical picture of the disease was first described in 1883 by the French dermatologist Alfred Fournier. This disease often occurs in young and middle-aged men. In rare cases it occurs in women, accompanied by purulent-necrotic lesions of the genital organs. There is little information in the literature about this disease, and there is great uncertainty in its etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment.
