Abstract
In medicine, surmin, salosurmin, neostibazin and emetic stones (rvotnyy kamen), (KOOC – CHOH – CHOH -COO SbO) are used. The toxic effect of the organic compounds is lower. SbH3 has the most toxic effect. Once they enter the bloodstream, antimony compounds disable the heart muscle and the liver.
