SPECIFIC FEATURES OF DEVELOPING REFLECTIVE SKILLS OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN THE PROCESS OF ENHANCING THEIR PEDAGOGICAL MASTERY

Abstract
This article reveals the specific aspects of developing the reflexive skills of future teachers in the process of improving their pedagogical mastery: the ways of forming pedagogical reflexive skills in the course of activity, the conditions, content, essence and necessity of acquiring reflexive skills, the need to conduct continuous research, to study and analyse experience and to draw conclusions, professionalism, the ability to acquire systematic knowledge, exercises, repetitions, drawing conclusions, conclusions obtained on the basis of results, and the content of formation through acquiring and improving philosophical, pedagogical, psychological and methodological knowledge as well as broad and deep knowledge of the subject of education.
