Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the most pressing problems of our time; it studies in depth the principles of forming a healthy lifestyle. In particular, six principles of forming a healthy lifestyle are covered in detail and at length: proper, healthy, rational nutrition; being constantly active and avoiding a sedentary (hypodynamic) way of life; organising the daily routine and work on the basis of the biological regime; ensuring mental tranquillity; abstaining from harmful habits such as alcohol abuse, smoking and drug addiction; observing cleanliness and tidiness, and the question of attitude towards the environment.
