Abstract

The treatment of victims with closed craniocerebral injury (CCCI) is a pressing task of modern medicine and has great socio-economic significance. Closed craniocerebral injury is a traumatic damage of the brain, representing primary and secondary damage of brain tissue and an increase in intracranial pressure, which leads to a temporary or permanent disturbance of brain function. Kallidinogenase - tissue kallikrein, a component of the kallikrein-kinin system (KKS), has a protective action against cerebral ischemia.
