Abstract

This article examines the legal and regulatory foundations for the protection of the labour rights of enterprise workers on the basis of the activities of trade unions. Issues related to the protection of employees' labour rights within the organisational structures and working mechanisms of the Federation of Trade Unions are analysed in detail.
