Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada Namangan viloyati Yangiqo‘rg‘on tumanida o‘suvchi Phlomoides nuda o‘simligi tarkibidan ajratib olingan biologik faol birikmalar — ekdisteron, α-ekdizon, 8-O-asetilgarpagid, lamiid va pinitol molekulalarining strukturasi DFT/B3LYP/3-21G usuli asosida kvant-kimyoviy hisoblash dasturi Gaussian 98 orqali optimallashtirildi. Ularning infraqizil tebranish (IQ) spektrlari eksperimental va nazariy jihatdan qiyoslab tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, molekulalarning eksperimental spektrlari nazariy spektral cho‘qqilar bilan yuqori darajada mos keladi. Ayniqsa, deformasion va valent tebranishlarga oid tebranish modlari aniqligi molekulalardagi halqalar soni, C-O, C-H, C-C bog‘larining mavjudligini va tuzilmaning aniqligini tasdiqlaydi. Bu tahlil natijalari ajratilgan moddalarning kimyoviy strukturasi yuqorida keltirilgan formulalar asosida tasdiqlanishiga asos bo‘ldi.
